In these precedent times, the staff was NOT practicing social distancing !! The valet person that brought my car back was NOT wearing a mask NOR gloves!! The service person WERE NOT either. Not your father's dealership Once upon a time, going to a dealership was an experience fraught with anxiety. It was all too common to be manipulated by a sales team and misled by the parts and service teams. I can only say that my two visits to Kia of Attleboro, I didn't see any of that old school tomfoolery. Though my only experience was with the service department, everyone with whom I interacted was (as far as I could tell) straight with me. No pressure to do service items that were not reasonable to do. Promises kept. Courtesy all the way. While my interactions with corporate Kia (in California) have been less than satisfactory, if I were to buy another Kia, I would look first to KoA. I know nothing about the sales department, but most apples falling from a tree tend to be similar. Jason, Peter, Courtney all gave terrific service. This is why I drive 30 miles further than my nearby Kia dealership, to go to KoA. More
