I struggle with if I’d recommend them or not. I am a Mom and have very tight finances. I was told my brakes needed to be replaced and I was told $279. Ok, fast forward a couple months, I’ve saved 300 and sc and have very tight finances. I was told my brakes needed to be replaced and I was told $279. Ok, fast forward a couple months, I’ve saved 300 and schedule my appointment. I called again to verify the cost. When I arrive, again the cost is verified. Then after sitting for 2 hours with no word, the associate approached me to say that when brakes pads are done the rotors MUST be resurfaced. Otherwise they can’t guarantee their work and the brake pads can’t be done. Now, why did none of the other 3 people ever mention that? So now I’m being told that the cost will be DOUBLE! Ok. I need a safe car for myself and daughter so I reluctantly told them to proceed but I CAN NOT spend more than $600. He comes back after another hour and tells me good new is they’re done, bad news is it’s $620. I was extremely upset by the lack of respect paid to my financial limitations. What’s the point of calling to plan and verify if it all goes out the window when you arrive? And to be told in a manner like duh lady this is so obvious. I’ve had only 2 experiences here. The first was great service, exactly what I expected for cost and time. The second time? I fee like I got taken for a ride. More

I came back for an alignment they said I needed then they came in and said a balancing is needed also $100.00s of dollars and 3 1/2 hours later I left for the second time with the same problem .According to came in and said a balancing is needed also $100.00s of dollars and 3 1/2 hours later I left for the second time with the same problem .According to the girl as she handed me my bill I didn’t use the right words.I should have told them it was my “brakes.” All I said was my car feels like it’s going to fall apart under me.they asked just when u speed up,. I said no it’s much worse when I’m slowing down..So I had to leave with the same problem I came in with.twice.VERY UPSETTING I called Andy and he had me come back and said I could have everything done at cost which was good but it still cost me over 300. Today I believe. Then I wondered why I got it balanced & aligned my car didn’t feel one bit different. After I came in for the third time and got the back routers & brake pads done it ran very well Thanks to Andy and the Forman out back who personally worked on my brakes There should be a better communication between the front and the back of the house. And every time I’ve ever brought my car in before when they test drive it they always come in and say there’s another problem. The car was test driven so where was the person to say u need ur mom mom So I’m curious to know why after my car was just test driven when I first brought it in why didn’t someone come and say your brakes are the problem and that’s why your car is shaking so violently. In my opinion you don’t hand Someone a bill in one hand and say you didn’t use the word brake so you still have the same problem with the other hand That’s extremely upsetting and ridiculous no one ever has a right to take someones money and send them out with the same problem they came in with. It is up to the mechanic to find it not the lay person and that’s why we bring our car in to the mechanics so they can find the problem and fix it. More
