Went in for a recall after receiving letter from corporate. Already had contacted dealership about a month before regarding the news of the recall. Confirmed that I did not have an issue as I was previously informed. Left me wondering if they try to get everyone in as they ALWAYS try to sell a bunch of extra services while there. Also, car wash was terrible (still dirty) and they lost my car magnet. Initially gave me a difficult time about receiving sufficient credit towards replacing it. I've bought two new vehicles from them, but the service has slipped over the years. I know that the original owner died tragically a while back, and it doesn't seem to be the same kind of service oriented dealership since then. By the way, they also charged my credit card the wrong amount for a brake light bulb that they replaced that day. Andy finally straightened out my situation after another call to the dealership and requesting to talk to a manager. More
