Everyone here is courteous and quick to respond. I was in and out in less than an hour and had a couple of cups of coffee while I was waiting. We aling with countless others bought a Kia that had a faulty engine. We recognize it's not this dealers "fault" however the customer service was unacceptable. It took Weeks before figuring out the extend faulty engine. We recognize it's not this dealers "fault" however the customer service was unacceptable. It took Weeks before figuring out the extended warranty. Suggesting we were at fault for not bringing it in for a software upgrade... When we weren't notified of said recall. In the end they fixed it and it only cost us $100. Great financially but to be without the car for 13 weeks is absurd. We are very loyal customers historically w Hyundai so when we buy a car it's for the life of the vehicle. We will not be doing the same with Kia - yes I know they are owned by same company now. I am sure this review will result in nothing based on this experience. TLC goes a long way. I suggest you train your service dept on how to work better with their clients. More
