Appointment 12/7/22 for safety recall notice to replace fuses. Also-They did 27 point inspection and installed new wipers. 2 days later I noticed my recirculated air button was off - I turned it ON—then fuses. Also-They did 27 point inspection and installed new wipers. 2 days later I noticed my recirculated air button was off - I turned it ON—then a thumping noise began from under the glove compartment.- opened the glove - the clamp was off - Next appt- 12/15 - was told BLEND DOOR ACUATOR part was broken - ( It’s very common happens all the time etc) .HOWEVER***** my car was NOT broke when I took it in! They must’ve broke the part when they did inspection. Spoke to Service mgr. - Mauricio-he Said the part cost @$500 to fix.and denied that they damage anything. Filed complaint with KIA case # 15216085-still waiting. Disappointed with this entire process - THIS IS NOT HOW U TREAT CUSTOMERS and Potential New car buyers. More
