Over the last couple of years, we continue to experience service failures with this department. To note -long waits for an appointment, sloppy, or incomplete work, and a failure for the current service mana service failures with this department. My vehicle recently was sent home without having been repaired at all. When I called, the staff were unwilling or unable to help because they had not been the person to check in my vehicle, and that person was out sick. I wonder if they were out long term who would rerun my car and information to me! My car was dropped off on a Saturday and left with them to make it less rushed and stressful as well as to have it cleaned. It was finally finished on a Wednesday. The only thing they did was an oil change! I was told on a Tuesday when I called for the second time that there was something wrong with my oil and gas mixing but he wasn’t sure because my rep was still out. On Wednesday when he was back in, I was told I was just out of oil somehow, and that all that was needed was to fill it. I expressed my concern regarding what appeared to be staff shortages and said that since I lived an hour and a half way, I had hoped I did not get the car returned to me and fixed with someone just dismissing the engine light, shoving some oil in and sending it home not fixed. I also expressed that if it was just oil, why didn’t my oil light go on? Why was the engine light on and not oil ? I was told that I was so out of oil that my engine could have seized. I found that impossible. No sooner I got in my driveway after my hour and a half ride home the engine light came back on, the car smelled as strong as before, and had difficulty turning over !!!! To this date in over a week later the manager has not called me back!! Yesterday the rep that did take my car did let me know that my fuel injector needed a new part and that my oil and gas were in fact mixing. A part would be ordered. This means that on Wednesday my car was sent home to me in a dangerous and damaged condition. Oh - and it was really poorly cleaned. They did bring me a service loaner. This is not the first time we have been disappointed by service. My husband was driving his Optima for the first two years of our lease with his very dangerous jerking motion when he accelerated and a grinding that stopped the car as you moved from the stopped position. we took it to this dealership over five (maybe more) times finally after two years and some videos we sent in. They realized they had to replace the transmission as it was almost completely shot by then! We drove a vehicle like that for two whole years, paying an entire lease on a car that was scaring the lights out of us as we drove it! I had my seat heater replaced, and that was a complete fiasco as well including returning my vehicle back to me with wires hanging from under the seat in a mess. I do not think this service is good. We purchased/leased two cars at the same time and the purchase experience was really super positive with the young lady that helped us. The finance manager was also great. However, since then it has been all downhill. We are unsure when these leases are over if we will find something closer to home or not- that may take a little more pride in what they return to the customers. We are very upset and more so upset that the manager can’t call customers back. More

Last visit I would have given a 5 star review. I was in and out in 30 minutes for an oil change. This visit, I dropped off my car at 9:00am. I did not wait for it since I was having 4 tires installed. I called back at 2:00 to find out why they had not called for pick up. They were just starting! When I picked up it was not washed or vacuumed like they usually do. I spent over $700 and was pushed aside for waiting customers who probably got their cars washed and vacuumed! More
