They are terrible to work with. All they do is lie. They told me my car was updated with the anti theft software in February but did not actually do it. I brought it in where they confirmed it was not actually done. My window does not go down anymore and I was told by the service advisor that he would take care of it because of the inconvenience. I then brought my car in for my window and he went back on his word and told me I would have to pay $400 to repair it. I will never return to Kia of Attleboro again. More
My car was originally purchased at the Kia of Attleboro. Like thousands of other Kia Optima Hybrid car owners, my vehicle was experiencing hybrid system failure during operation, leading to more than two do Like thousands of other Kia Optima Hybrid car owners, my vehicle was experiencing hybrid system failure during operation, leading to more than two dozen dangerous situations over 3 years. Despite the class action settlement, Kia mechanics at the Attleboro location, as well as several others, have no known solution (and feigned innocence about the issue until I presented paperwork, at which time they knew everything about it). I was pleased they were able to install two open recalls, one of which is directly related to the hybrid system. During the two weeks that my car was at the shop, they lost the roof antenna. When I asked the mechanics about it, they could not find it, and questioned multiple times if I was being truthful that my car had had it when it came to the shop. After numerous phone calls and follow up voicemails, I was told they would be mailing me the part. It has been *three weeks*, and I have not received a return call, or the part in the mail. Unfortunately, I do not recommend using this service center. More
Absolutely awful customer service. Service dept is a joke. Brought my car in with a simple airbag light on and when I left had trouble starting my car and now I can’t even drive it. Okay my 10th time back to Kia of South Attleboro and another pleasant experience it’s like going to your best friends house and being welcomed.
