I had a great experience with Kia of Attleboro . Not happy neither satisfied with the services and the sales man Brian. I bought a Kia Sorento 2020 at the end of 2021. The car had few scratches and couple dents .He promise to fix and never did instead sales man Brian. I bought a Kia Sorento 2020 at the end of 2021. The car had few scratches and couple dents .He promise to fix and never did instead what they did was wash my car. The car didn’t have fluid for the windshield . How pathetic. Also talking to the sales man Boss, was a waist of time as he was rude and discourteous with poor ethic and very unfriendly. Couldn’t believe he was the Manager. They cause 4 hard inquiries in 1 day on my credit score. That is very for my credit score By checking my credit with 4 different Banks..That was unnecessary. It caused my credit score go down the hill. But I guess it was beneficial for him (Brian) .As they work for commission..And as higher the interest is the better the commission is. So I felt that he literally was shopping around with my credit score and see what was more beneficial. P.S When I was in the dealership a guy came inside yelling to one of the salesman because the customer thought he got screwed and the sales man avoided some information. That should’ve been a red flag 🚩. But I was in a such of need for a car since I totaled mine. More
