Not happy neither satisfied with the services and the sales man Brian. I bought a Kia Sorento 2020 at the end of 2021. The car had few scratches and couple dents .He promise to fix and never did instead sales man Brian. I bought a Kia Sorento 2020 at the end of 2021. Also talking to the sales man Boss, was a waist of time as he was rude and discourteous with poor ethic and very unfriendly. Couldn’t believe he was the Manager. They cause 4 hard inquiries in 1 day on my credit score. That is very for my credit score By checking my credit with 4 different Banks..That was unnecessary. It caused my credit score go down the hill. But I guess it was beneficial for him (Brian) .As they work for commission..And as higher the interest is the better the commission is. So I felt that he literally was shopping around with my credit score and see what was more beneficial. P.S When I was in the dealership a guy came inside yelling to one of the salesman because the customer thought he got screwed and the sales man avoided some information. That should’ve been a red flag 🚩. But I was in a such of need for a car since I totaled mine. More
