The person in the parts department forgot to order a piece for the back door handle so and no one picked up on it so I had to have them order the part and I had to make another appointment. And I don’t know if it would have been cheaper to order all the parts together or not but I had to pay more money for the second part. And I had to drive all the back there again when the second part came in and I live in Woonsocket RI and I am disabled to say nothing about all the gas I wasted and my time to have to make the second trip More

Easy and thorough. Washed and vacuumed my car. Wished the person who vacuumed had lifted the floor mats and vacuumed underneath, but I didn't expect the vacuum so was o Washed and vacuumed my car.
