Fairly disappointing visit. I had a deal with Kia to pick up a new car. A week later they told me that they didn't run the credit report originally and they'd have to breach the I had a deal with Kia to pick up a new car. When I turned down the new offer the Kia Floor Manager Keith Lopes told me I couldn't get my deposit money back due to "location fees" and its all on the level because of the "State Attorney General says so". Almost criminal in my view that they would hold my money hostage when its Kia who breached the contract. If anything I should've received a better deal but instead they refused, rather arrogantly, to give me back my deposit money. Fortunately the dealership owner intervened and we were able to make the deal. Be better Kia of Attleboro... More
Been to this dealership multiple times to repair the same problem. Nothing was given to honor the inconvenience. Poor workmanship Clips missing job is not buttoned up well. The service team fixed the coolant leak a day earlier than quoted. What's more impressive, is that the office staff took the time to handle all the paperwork with the third party insurance!
