Service Dept is atrocious. Oil changes take 1.5 - 2 hours!!! Brought car in at 35,000 for oil change. I'm told rear axle is sleeping, keep an eye on it, & 1 tire tread is a 4 (will need to replace soon hours!!! Brought car in at 35,000 for oil change. I'm told rear axle is sleeping, keep an eye on it, & 1 tire tread is a 4 (will need to replace soon). Brought car in today at 40,000 miles (synthetic oil) & suddenly there's no rear axle seepage BUT I will need to replace suspension in the near future, need new wipers soon (they're 2 weeks old), and my tire miraculously gained tread & is now an 8! Either staff are clueless or they're scamming to fix things that don't need to be fixed. More
It’s like they don’t want repeat customers This was the worst car buying experience I’ve had across several dealerships and cars. They’re sneaky and slip things into your deal without asking to opt in like extra coverage, etc... When I went in to sign the paperwork the finance person had called out sick and they didn’t let me know before I wasted a trip down there. Then it took 3 days to get the car because they couldn’t get their act together to get plates, giving excuses that the person who did that didn’t come in til 2 and the registry closes at 4:30. When we finally were able to get the car (a brand new lease) we were given only one key and they hadn’t even inspected the car. I had to return yet again and get the car inspected myself at an outside garage. I leased another Kia at another dealer and had my new car in 24 hours, with plates and inspected, everything was super easy. I will never return to Courtesy Kia. More
Not happy with my experience here When I bought my 2013 Kia I was told warranties doubled but whenever I would bring in they would say out of warranty. How could a radio go at 4 years. When I bought my 2013 Kia I was told warranties doubled but whenever I would bring in they would say out of warranty. How could a radio go at 4 years. Then I had brand new brakes put in I watched them put on when I brought in for oil change they said my brakes were at 60%!!! I said they were just replaced less than 1 mo ago. They then gave me some lame excuse. One time I brought in for oil change and a recall issue. After my bf was trying to check my oil and the dip stick was missing. I brought in and they tried to say somehow I had lost. Then the mgr said they figured out after the fixed the recall they were to put different color in to show it had been done. The mechanic did not put in. They also make u wait forever when I question they say they are shorthanded. Wth has happened to this place??? More

I had found a price for the vehicle on the internet, and it was honored, with more-than enough offered for my trade-in. Everyone else we dealt with was lovely, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. Thanks again to the whole team, Alex included. More
