Your customer service is absolutely trash. Very rude with handling a safety issue, after stating that the vehicle had already been through and 30 point safety check. Then when confronted about the issue you handling a safety issue, after stating that the vehicle had already been through and 30 point safety check. Then when confronted about the issue you lie and say that after the car has sat in a lot for a few months, that screws and bolts would losses. Which is in fact a lie. I will not be continuing my service through your company in the future and also will inform people to not shop there. More
