So upon my arrival I was greeted by a young man who was actually laying down in the chair. Looked pretty bored. Not a great impression for customers. At the end of my visit he came with paperwork explained actually laying down in the chair. Looked pretty bored. Not a great impression for customers. At the end of my visit he came with paperwork explained nothing and walked back to his couch chair. This has never happened before at this Kia. They should find another position for him. Also they did not clean my car which is also unusual for Kia. Maybe next visit will be different. More
