I used to be impressed by this dealership when it was COURTESY KIA, since the name change, I think courtesy went out the window! My Mom is a widowed woman who feels like she’s trying to be taken advantag COURTESY KIA, since the name change, I think courtesy went out the window! My Mom is a widowed woman who feels like she’s trying to be taken advantage of. Every single time, since the changeover, it’s one thing after another, she goes in for an oil change and it’s “You need this, Yiu need this!” EVERY TIME! The checking people are no where near as friendly either, they’re quite rude sometimes! So sorry for the bad 1 star and harsh review, but I’m tired of my Mom being treated this way! More
