price was right, too long to pay off trade My salesperson PJ, did help get me to the right price for me on the Soul I wanted. Also the payoff caused a late notice, which was paid, and my payment is coming up, and I still don't have anything from the lease company. No one took the time to go over the vehicle with me when I picked it up. Other than that it was good. May seem minor comments, just possible room for improvement. Hopefully this review won't effect future visits with them. More

I Purchased the car from this dealership have had all my repair work done at the dealership and now when I went to them with a problem I find that they did not help me in the best way possible. I called because I’m losing major paint from my vehicle which was just paid for recently it’s only seven years old. They told me to bring it in and they would take pictures of it. When I arrived they Immediately said that it was not covered as it was over three years old and had over 36k miles both they knew before making the appointment! I sat there for an hour and a half in a showroom full of people wearing masks and at the end of it all they told me that they washed my car and that if I wanted I could take up the paint issue with Kia directly!! What was my purpose in going ...and why would I want to expose myself to all theses people if just to waste my time? More
