Evey time I have an appointment im stuck there for 2 hours. I will have to say this is the worst dealership I have ever delt with. Terrible. 2 hour wait for oil change w/appt, called my wife instead of asking me in the waiting room a ? Left vehicle with leaves inside after checking cabin filter. price was right, too long to pay off trade My salesperson PJ, did help get me to the right price for me on the Soul I wanted. Also the payoff caused a late notice, which was paid, and my payment is coming up, and I still don't have anything from the lease company. No one took the time to go over the vehicle with me when I picked it up. Other than that it was good. May seem minor comments, just possible room for improvement. Hopefully this review won't effect future visits with them. More
