My air vent clip was broken during service and no one called me back to fix it. I was j caught off guard with the price of an oil change and told it was mandatorily $50 higher than I anticipated and then called me back to fix it. Great customer service. Oil Change was done within an hour or two. Not sure why our telluride is not detailed anymore? Service was definitely good and core issues were solved, but the cost is too high. Also my front two tires are ok, and still it was recommended to change all four tires, whereas in my opinion only rear but the cost is too high.
