I have always stayed in the waiting area for my car to have an oil change. Usually is less than an hour. They always go over the results with me as well. When you buy a vehicle from a dealership you are looking to keep your sanity. I Had a terrible experience at another Kia dealership and was almost regretting my decision. When my Sorento was ready for servi to keep your sanity. I Had a terrible experience at another Kia dealership and was almost regretting my decision. When my Sorento was ready for service I was dreading having to go back there. I called Kia of Attleboro and what a difference starting at just the phone conversation! She immediately reassured me that I could bring my vehicle there without a problem. They got me in the next day. When I went in just the atmosphere was all together different! It was clean and the customer service was top of the line. I was greeted immediately by at least 3 of the service reps and even after I was helped Everyone who was either walking by or even those who had a service order in hand stopped to see if I needed any assistance. Definitely Top of the Line!! You are my new Kia go-to!! Thank you for giving me peace of mind! More
