They do what ever it takes to make a sale, legal or not! I went up there to look at a kia with my nephew. He is in the Air Force and I didn't want him screwed over by dealerships around his airbase. Without any credit yet they said he needed a co-signer in order to get it. I repeatedly asked the salesperson, Presley, if I co-signed would it show up on my credit due to me planning on buying a car this week. She repeatedly said it wouldn't unless I took over the loan. I agreed to co-sign. I asked the finance person repeatedly the same thing. She also said it wouldn't show on my credit report. Went to buy my car today and was turned down due to already having a car loan. Went back to dealership and the finance person denied that I even asked even though I have 3 witnesses that were in there. These people will lie to anyone in order to make a deal. More
Misled on car history I had been in contact with the Anderson Kia from out of town searching for a specific used car/color. I had contacted the dealership about it and som I had been in contact with the Anderson Kia from out of town searching for a specific used car/color. I had contacted the dealership about it and some time passed. Chelsea called me to follow up on the vehicle and I thought that if it was the same vehicle I remembered (I had called quite a few dealerships), it had been a prior rental. While talking, I specifically asked if the unit had been a prior lease/rental and was told no, only driven by owner's wife. While reviewing the vehicles available online again, I checked the Carfax to find that in fact it had been a rental for the majority of the 16,000 miles on it. This is not necessarily a huge issue but the fact that it was not in a rental fleet would have made it appeal to me MUCH more and I would have been HUGELY upset to make a deal and travel 800 miles to purchase the car under "false" assumptions. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but in this situation, the question should NOT have been answered unless there was 100% certainty. At least that's how I would have done business. More

They have had my car for over 3 months in this last year...1 due to the car being a lemon and 2, because they miss standard things that should be checked before returning a car to a customer, which have lead to probably a dozen visits and yes, my car STILL HAS ISSUES The owner gets rave compliments...yeah, if you are giving him money, but if you have a problem, he doesn't answer letters, phone calls or emails, promises deals to 'make you smile' but then goes back on his word. Oh and if you need to deal with Randy...expect total xx, stupid comments and chauvinistic treatment if you are a woman! Sorry, but i expect actual mechanical knowledge coming for the service department. I wouldn't wish our experiences with this place or the corp on my worst enemy, and they surely have not done anything for this loyal customer to be keeping us as future Trust me to tell you to take your problematic car elsewhere, i surely will be in future More

Great Dealership In May 2014 I bought a new Kia Optima hybrid from this dealership. Now I drove 2 1/2 hours from the other side of Atlanta to the dealership. You may In May 2014 I bought a new Kia Optima hybrid from this dealership. Now I drove 2 1/2 hours from the other side of Atlanta to the dealership. You may ask yourself why did I traveled this for to buy a car. The answer is simply this is the best dealership that I could find that would give me a good honest pricing and did not try to rip me off by adding extras to the car and charging me for them. Other dealerships around Atlanta, which I guess there's about fifty, tried to jack up their pricing in order to get me to buy the car at a higher price. This dealership did not try any of that nonsense. The car that I purchased had issues with the navigation system which I did not notice until I drove it home. It did not have updated maps. Now the dealership did not build this car they only received it from Kia to sell. However the owner of the dealership made it very apparent that he wanted to take care of his customers. He instructed the service manager, Randy, to upgrade the navigation system at their cost. Usually this is not done and the customer has to pay out-of-pocket for any upgrades to the navigation system. However since I had just bought the car the owner made it right. I also had some issues with the paint being scratched in several places on the vehicle. I did not notice that either until I got it home. I am not sure what caused this and neither is the dealership. However the owner also authorized this to be corrected and it was to my satisfaction. The car looks like a show room vehicle now. I cannot say enough about the personnel that I had to deal with at the dealership. Kevin Thompson, Parts and Service Director, was very instrumental in getting me taken care of while I was at the dealership. He inform the owner Jeff of the issues and the two of them worked it out so that I could get my car serviced and these issues taken of care of. Randy, the service manager was also extremely helpful in coordinating with me getting service and making sure that they had the proper equipment to install the upgrades for the navigation system. Randy also made arrangements for me to have transportation while I was in the dealership because I had traveled so far away and it was going to take several hours to repair the vehicle. If you're reading this review and you are trying to decide if this is dealership you need to purchase your vehicle from then I would suggest that you go buy there and talk to these folks and find out for yourself that they are the best dealership within Georgia or South Carolina. I am very pleased that I bought my vehicle from this dealership. I have purchased many cars throughout my life and this is the best experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. And if you decide to buy from this dealership I feel that it will be your best experience as well. More
