We gave our rating based on how Rana helped us in getting our new car. We told her we wanted a light color or white with light interior, and we needed to stay within a certain budget. After traditional financing was two high she said to meet her at SC Credit union because she belived they could help when others wanted higher interest, we told her ok so we met her there on Monday morning. Well we got a very low interest rate and she picked the perfect car a 2014 White with a light interior Forte Sedan. We love it and told her she picked what we would have picked! She listened to what we said and did a great job getting us this car. We believe this dealership cares about what the customer wants and can afford. I had already thought about the car I would like to have and what price range I could afford. This was going to be a major experience for me, being that this was my first vehicle I was trying to purchase. This brings me to my journey with Rana Qasem, and the reasons why I have given her ratings of 5. I was immediately met at the door by Rana and she was very personable. Of course, she asked me what brought me in today. Rana listened to what I had to say and she also payed attention to my needs. She and her team worked very well together to get me a vehicle. It was even one instant that Ms. Qasem offered her own personal time and service to teach me how to drive a straight shift vehicle, which was in my price range. That goes to show how willing she was to go above and beyond the call of duty to make me a satisfied customer. She made me feel confident and hopeful through the whole process, because at times I was becoming somewhat nervous and trying to read her expressions. Kelso was GREAT! I have talked to several salesmen at other dealerships in the past week and gotten no where! Kelso met us on the lot and promised to take good care of us and he did just that!
