I bought a car from them and i deal with the dealer for 72 months payment, and when the bill come it said 84 months. I was stupid to believe them and signed the paper work without caution. Wasted a full day for them to not fix my issue. Took me 30 minutes to just get a service person to check me in even though I had an appointment. Suggest I might want to take a picture of the the problem to document it - seriously? Apparently a picture would be more helpful than my representation of the problem. So insulting on top or a waste of time on top of major aggravation. Pretty much the trice took of terrible service. More

Consumer beware! Incompetent Service department. Took my car for a new part to be changed and payed for several services only to find out 2 years later that it was ne Incompetent Service department. Took my car for a new part to be changed and payed for several services only to find out 2 years later that it was never actually changed. When claimed it was denied and after 2 weeks of having my car with them turns out motor no longer works and mileage is blamed. Car went into service running and now it's completely dead. I'm left without a car and they don't even return my calls. No explanations by anyone and Service Management avoids my calls. Don't make the same mistake and avoid this dealership at all costs. Their goal is to rip off their customers and take advantage. BEWARE. Learn from my mistake. KIA of Alhambra is shameless and a fraudulent. More

Service department is absolute trash. 1.0 star rating 5/6/2022 Absolutely the worst dealership out there. We ordered a car directly from Kia through them months ago. Yesterday they told us the car would arrive end of June. This morning (not even 24 hours later) I gave them the final yes and the general manager had already sold my car that I ordered months ago and was coming specifically for me. Was in the market to buy an EV and got a quote for a car that they were getting. We agreed on a price above MSRP that was fair and then I put in a pre-application for a deposit.
