Talk to Kori, and test drive before you buy (It takes courage to go for test drives with complete strangers). Be honest and request honesty in return, even though you know it is their goal to make some money when they can. Be ready to challenge the sales manager on every itemized item on the total price quote/sale worksheet, especially if something looks incorrect. Use Kelly Blue Book, TrueCar Value, Consumer Reports and other resources to help determine the fair market value range in which you should be paying for your vehicle. Don’t discuss financing options until you settle on the total cost of the car out-the-door. Finally, always be ready to walk away if you’re not completely satisfied and ready to buy. She explained all the differences between all the models, most importantly she followed up well. She is not too pushy at the same time which we liked. The service people are also friendly. I would highly recommend Kori to any person who would like to purchase a car. More
