Great transaction ! thru the the Kia Store of GadsenRainbowC Ex-machanic here, bought new as the price of new vs used wasn't worth the headaches. 10yr /100 a warranty being a big selling point.Went with Kia Sou Ex-machanic here, bought new as the price of new vs used wasn't worth the headaches. 10yr /100 a warranty being a big selling point.Went with Kia Soul ! (Exclaim ) Turbo. Car moves along pretty good, wish Kia would on next version offer AWD (All wheel drive) and turbo the 2.0 vs 1.6 litter, and put a fully independent suspension in the rear. Anyhow after days of research starting e-mailing (not calling ) dealers asking them to OTD (Out The Door) price. Found one which was offering a BLACK Soul at a price about $500 over cost... but it was Black which makes it hard to keep clean, and black shows up any defects in bodywork /paintwork that might have to be done at a later date. So I started searching for a Soul with a color that would better hide the dirt.. Contacted Rainbow Kia and AMBER PAINE was easy to work with and agree to match the price given by first dealer. Did the whole transaction over the phone and texting. No hagging back and forth and NO GAMES from the Fiance person, (Last part of buying a vehicle is Fiance person tries to add options such as theft or gap insurance. Such can be bought from your insurance company much cheaper.) Paid cash, signed the papers and we were on our way after 20 minutes and there was NO pressure on buying extras that the Fiance person tyically does. Very nice, smooth transaction. Kudos, many thanks to AMBER PAINE ! More

We had the best sales person Ms. Paine (hope correct spelling) was a easy going sales lady, no push to make a sale and I really enjoyed working with her. We went to this dealership to purchase a blue Kia Soul. My last one was totaled when I was rearended. Since the blue one had sold they found one in OH that they would get for me, but I had seen that the shade of blue was not what I wanted. So Raymond and I looked at what was on the lot and picked out a silver. Driving it home, after not having one for 3 1/2 months, made me realize why I really like this make and model auto. This is my 3rd Soul to drive. Only negative was how long paperwork took. New program and general manager was training a new financial person so took longer than normal. General manager apologized as did Ms. Paine. She was not happy with how long it took but was professional as she set up bluetooth and showed me the differences between the last Soul and this model. More
