This is my first time with the rainbow city dealer and can say they could probably teach my previous kia dealer a little about customer service.I will definitely be a repeat customer for my service needs om my three kia's. And, when a previously unknown, yet minor issue was discovered on the new one, they offered to put me in another vehicle. I decided against it and they corrected the issue with the one I wanted. Once the paperwork started, I was on my way in literally minutes. Much less painful than other dealerships have been in the past. Marshall and everyone there is friendly.
