Everything went smooth Scheduled appointment for oil change and some type of computer recall. Used the on-line app to schedule and I liked the text and email reminders that Scheduled appointment for oil change and some type of computer recall. Used the on-line app to schedule and I liked the text and email reminders that I received daily to remind me of the appointment. My front end-alignment was found to be out of whack and the service advisor brought me a colorized graph that showed how far out it was. I opted to have it re-aligned and she showed me the graph when they were done showing it back in alignment. Really liked that. Considering all the things I ended up having done on this visit, I felt like they finished quicker than I would have expected and the cost of everything seemed reasonable enough. No complaints. Will return again for my next scheduled service on my 2016 Optima. More
