About mid week I called to schedule my Kia Sorrento for a routine oil change, tire rotation and balance. It is difficult for me to take off during the week since I work out of town. The receptionist was very accommodating and was able to fit me in on Saturday morning. That morning I arrived a few minutes early and they checked me in immediately and verified the services needed. I decided to stay while my vehicle was being worked on and was invited to stay in their comfortable waiting area. They had both coffee and water available, I enjoyed a cup of coffee. They also had wifi available,, this is very convenient for those who need to get some worked completed while they wait or just to surf the web. However, I my wait time was exceptionally quick about 35 minutes. The check-out was quick and was thanked for my patronage more than once. I plan to continue to use their service center and would strongly recommend the Kia Store at Rainbow City.
