Always a pleasure I live in Guntersville and this is my closest dealership to get my Kia Optima serviced. I have used them several times to have my vehicle serviced and fortunately only minor repairs. Their staff has always been very knowledgeable, up front with the charges, and pleasant to deal with. I like the on-line appointment system. I like the maintenance schedule that Kia provides to keep my vehicle in top condition. During this visit, there were a grocery list of items on my 30,000 mile service so I knew it was going to take a good long while. During the servicing, the service manager came out and assured me it wouldn't be much longer, but it wasn't necessary because I knew all those items would take a while. I appreciated that he realized that as well and took the time to let me know he was concerned about the length of time I was waiting and that he was keeping on top of it. Just taking a few seconds to touch base with me made me feel like this Kia Service Center cares about their customers and are not just a source of income. Despite the lengthy drive from Guntersville, I actually look forward to getting my oil changed and visiting with the staff there. I also liked that they had the Game Show Channel on the TV in the waiting room. Watching this channel and participating in solving the puzzles with the participants really made the time fly by and I hardly noticed how long we had been there. I had "fun" getting my oil changed. A shout-out to the front desk clerk. She is a jewel. She has always been so personable to my wife and I and the same with other customers that interact with her. Always a pleasure to see her again.
