Service took a little long, but they had an extremely busy day and it was very understandable. They worked efficiently to get everyone's needs met as quickly as possible. I’m very disappointed. I bought my vehicle from this dealership 7 years ago. I’ve never had an issue when taking my vehicle to be repaired. The last time I went, they had my I bought my vehicle from this dealership 7 years ago. I’ve never had an issue when taking my vehicle to be repaired. The last time I went, they had my car for 2 days, when I called (because they hadn’t called me as they said they would) for them to tell me that the mechanics couldn’t find a problem (WHAT?!). 2 hours later I get a call back to ask what exactly had happened to the vehicle, I explained AGAIN (3rd time), she told me she’d call back to give me the diagnosis that afternoon. I call again at 4:50, because they’re about to close, for her to tell me that the battery was dead the whole time, and they wouldn’t be able to figure out until the morning... 😤😤 The next morning I called them around 9:30 to get an update, and they told me something I totally didn’t agree with. I told them I felt like I was getting the run around, and not being told the truth. I ultimately had them fix the issue they can decided was causing my car not to start, and it’s running now, but after everything I’m not even sure I trust that they did what they charged me for. I have my car back, and it’s running, so whatever... but I most likely won’t take it back to this store... More
