This was a phenomenal purchasing experience. Sent an online inquiry on Thanksgiving Eve and got an almost immediate response from the sales person (Paul Collett) who said he was working from home and co online inquiry on Thanksgiving Eve and got an almost immediate response from the sales person (Paul Collett) who said he was working from home and could discuss any questions or concerns that evening. I held off until Friday morning and he contacted me an hour before the dealership even opened to see what I needed. Since it was a 2 hour drive for me to visit this dealership I wanted to ensure everything was in order before I left my house. About an hour after the dealership opened Mr. Collett contacted me with my figures and told me to come on out. I arrived approximately 2 hours later and took an amazing test drive in the 2022 Kia K5 GT. Once I was satisfied with the vehicle we did our brief negotiations and we are now the proud owners of this beautiful and surprisingly powerful vehicle. Paul Collett was extremely friendly and ensured I was okay during the entire process. And I worked a bit with Todd Nicholson who was also very personable.
