The folks with the dealership are very pleasant. The test drive was adequate though a recommended route involving highway speeds would be preferred. Chelsea didn't know the vehicle as well as expected but knew enough to retain our interest. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not cleaned or detailed prior to show; the vehicle was filthy. Vehicle delivery was frustrating with poor communication from the dealership and a no show that resulted in two hours and 45 miles of personal travel wasted. The dealer ultimately delivered the vehicle to my home in Huntsville, though still very unclean despite my requirement for a full detail. Kia of Rainbow City can improve their performance and professionalism in several areas. Until then, I will take future business elsewhere. More
