Really would not give it 1 star. It took 6 weeks for them to find the problem and that was only because I had to keep calling for an update. Every time, I called there was a differ It took 6 weeks for them to find the problem and that was only because I had to keep calling for an update. Every time, I called there was a different excuse. May 24th - dropped off car May 25th - received a call that they would have to dig deeper into the problem and they would look at it the week of the 30th. June 7th - I called back since I had not heart from them - they said they may know something by the end of the week. June 13th - I called to get and update- asked to speak to the supervisor since they still had no answer for me. He said it could be a few weeks -- Not sure why I was being told each time it would be done that week and now saying longer! June 17th - I called to get an update - had to leave a message - no one ever called me back June 20th - receptionist checked - nothing done yet June 22nd - was told they were hiring another master tech. so should get to it on Monday June 28 - they said they started looking at it - maybe know something tomorrow June 29 - called for an update - had to leave a message - never heard back June 30 - I called for an update - Was told the car had a "weird code" and they have to contact Kia - could take 3-4 days July 6 - I called for an update - said it would be another week or to - so asked to speak to a supervisor -- After much "discussion" as to why it kept taking longer I hung up July 8 - amazingly, someone called - said it would cost $4000.00 to fix - of course at this ridiculous price, we opted not to fix it so, 6 weeks of frustration later - I still have a Kia that is not fixed More
