Great Experience--from start to finish I had a great experience, from start to finish. I called to schedule my 20,000 mile service appointment. The employee was friendly and helpful to accommodate my schedule. I was also asked if I would like to take care of three service updates that needed to be performed. A few days later, I called back to modify my appointment, because I needed to be dropped off by the shuttle. Again, this employee was kind and courteous, and I had no problem in modifying my appointment. I received email confirmations each time. When I brought my car in for the service appointment, Anna was my advisor. She was kind, courteous, and friendly. She asked if I wanted water, and she asked if I wanted to have a seat while she went out to look at my car. When she returned a few minutes later, she thoroughly went over information about what services would be provided during this appointment. I asked several questions, and she took the time to provide detailed answers. One of my questions she was unable to answer, so she took the time to find out the answer. I very much appreciated that! Then she called the shuttle driver. Since the driver was on another drop-off, Anna escorted me to the waiting area, and showed me where the restrooms were, then told me of all of the amenities provided in the waiting area. Anna has great customer service skills, and is an asset to the service department. She truly made my experience wonderful! I waited for a few minutes, then an employee let me know that the shuttle driver was there. There was a gentleman who shared the shuttle with me, and we took him to his destination first. After Monique (shuttle driver) dropped him off, she took me home. We talked most of the way. She was careful and very kind. She told me that she enjoyed our conversation, as she dropped me off. I concurred. I received a phone call from Anna about 4-5 hours later (which was what she estimated) telling me that my car was ready for pick-up. When I came in to get it, I was greeted and told that someone would be with me shortly. I checked out and went to my car. The service technicians kept my car the same way they received it. I was very pleased with my service experience at Kia Stores East. I was even able to say hello to my amazing salesman, Rob Mac. I highly recommend Kia and Kia Store East! Pleasant, efficient, hassle free new car buying experience I knew that I needed to be looking at purchasing a new vehicle for sometime, but had been dreading the experience and procrastinating.
