Knowlegeable personnel, fairly quick service. Knowledgeable personnel on Kia products, I'm unable to speak as to other brands of vehicles. I do have ONE question that has been nagging me, service stated that the tires were rotated, however I have wheel locks on all four wheels and had the key on my person the whole time the vehicle was in service. NO ONE asked for the key or where the key was, did they rotate the wheels through magic or slight of hand, or did they "inadvertently" forget to ask and just skipped the rotation? Inquiring minds want to know. More

Always Great Customer Service and Worl I have bought 5 Kia vehicles and had 4 of them serviced at Kia East. I have always had a pleasure dealing with everyone at Kia East. I've only had one I have bought 5 Kia vehicles and had 4 of them serviced at Kia East. I have always had a pleasure dealing with everyone at Kia East. I've only had one minor discrepancy (windshield washer fluid wasn't topped off) after getting my car serviced. I called back to the service department and was told to bring the vehicle back and they would take car of it. They were so apologetic. I just can't say enough about the service department, they are great to work with. More
