His replacement, Tony, while friendly and helpful, needs to understand that not everyone has religious beliefs that match his. I don't come to Kia Service to get a sermon while I'm a captive, waiting for him to log me into the computer. I know he is young, inexperienced and has a lot to learn. However, he needs to learn this lesson quickly before those of less religious fervor find another service dept. that concentrates on automobile maintenance and not on saving souls. More
