Happily satisfied customer. I called James Lister at Kia of Anniston and told I had received a letter from Kia about a new program (recall) for my Sorrento. He told me to bring it to the dealership and he would take care of it. I scheduled an appointment and as soon as I had arrived I was met by James and he had everything prepared. I signed a copy of the work order and waited in the customer lounge. About 35 to 40 minutes later James came to me and informed me that my vehicle was ready to go. He gave me paperwork listing what work was performed and also describing the work performed so that I would understand it. He had also left my Sorrento running so it would still be warm for us sense it was parked just outside the door and it was very cold that day. I have been a customer of Kia of Anniston Service for several years and have had my Sorrento regularly maintenance and serviced and this is a small example of the friendly, accommodating, expertise help, and caring associates they have working for them. I rarely have a problem with the work that is performed and when I do it was remedied immediately without question. As long as I own my Sorrento I will continue using Kia of Anniston for my service needs. I am also considering taking my Ford F150 to them to be serviced. More
