Because of their mistake a document of our car loan contract was not signed. Also all communication was one sided they only contacted us if they needed something and not if it was beneficial to us. He contacted us about a piece of contract not signed and never heard any other communication from him. He was someone we had not dealt with so we were hopeful. We sent our car to them for a diagnostic and they returned it to us with the engine still apart. The car is , after two months and several phone calls and emails, still not put back together .
