After telling Lucas what my wife was looking for, he stayed in contact with me for several weeks providing updates and photos of several 2020 Tellurides until the dealership got exactly what she wanted. Once Lucas informed me that the 2020 Telluride just got off the truck, the process to secure the SUV was quick, hassle-free, and completed in no time thanks to the help of Brain Caldwell. They provided several options to make us fill comfortable with the monthly price point we were looking and trading in our other SUV was a breeze. All this took place while we were in Montgomery, Alabama and the dealership being in Anniston, Alabama which is around 100 miles away. All in the same day, Lucas and Brain completed the transaction, got the 2020 Telluride cleaned and completed the check point inspection, and got my wife's new SUV to Montgomery, Alabama to surprise her, and took the trade-in back with them.
