Top Notch Customer Service I scheduled my car for service online which is really easy and convenient. I had a 9 o'clock appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Greg Nims. H I scheduled my car for service online which is really easy and convenient. I had a 9 o'clock appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Greg Nims. He's "Johnny on the spot" I told him that I was there for a service appointment. Next thing I knew my car was being serviced. Greg sold me my Kia Optima he asked if I'm still satisfied with my purchase. (I love my Kia,Thanks Greg! ). While waiting on my car, I also had the opportunity to meet a newer Kia team member Nate who was with James Becker!! Those two gentleman were also very pleasant and made sure I was taken care of.
