He answered my questions forthrightly and worked to gain a long term customer more than a short term "grab." I like that. James Becker in finance was professional, quick with the paperwork and patient with a small hiccup I created. In the shop, James Lister as easy to work with, acted like he was there to serve me and also answered all questions. I was very well pleased with my experience and will be back. They have earned a long term customer. More

Top Notch Customer Service I scheduled my car for service online which is really easy and convenient. I had a 9 o'clock appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Greg Nims. H I scheduled my car for service online which is really easy and convenient. I had a 9 o'clock appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Greg Nims. He's "Johnny on the spot" I told him that I was there for a service appointment. Next thing I knew my car was being serviced. Greg sold me my Kia Optima he asked if I'm still satisfied with my purchase. (I love my Kia,Thanks Greg! ). While waiting on my car, I also had the opportunity to meet a newer Kia team member Nate who was with James Becker!! Those two gentleman were also very pleasant and made sure I was taken care of. My service guy James Lister was AWESOME!! He took time to explain everything to me in detail and listened when I asked questions and made sure I understand .
