Professional & Caring Service I'm a bit of a road-warrior with my job, and am constantly driving the 360mi between Atlanta (home) and Memphis (work). As I was heading home to Atla I'm a bit of a road-warrior with my job, and am constantly driving the 360mi between Atlanta (home) and Memphis (work). As I was heading home to Atlanta last weekend, my Kia Soul started making odd sounds. The Check Engine light on, about 10 - 20 miles before Anniston. I decided to exit onto S. Quintard and thankfully found the service department at Kia Store Anniston - Oxford still open! Franklin (Dwayne) Pointer and his team were FANTASTIC. They had clients with appointments that they were finishing up with, and others who were coming in, yet their handling of me and my concerns, as well as the other clients was done in a reassuring warm, professional manner. Though there were no technicians on duty for a Saturday afternoon, Dwayne ran a basic diagnostics and do a multi point check, to ensure there were no loose connections or wires that might cause immediate problems on the road, giving me confidence that I'd make it home. The diagnostic test he ran indicated that 1) a sensor hadn't been reset after a purchased a new battery some time ago, and 2) I might need to have another item checked soon. The peace of mind I had driving out of Anniston that day was 45% due to having experienced professionals check out my concerns, and 55% due to the kind and considerate manner of Dwayne & his team. I highly recommend Kia Store Anniston - Oxford, and would like to thank the weekend crew for taking GREAT care of me and my car! More
