I am honestly not shocked! ! We took our 2018 Lexus RX350L with low miles to this dealership and told them our situation of needing to trade in and not have any negative equity ! We took our 2018 Lexus RX350L with low miles to this dealership and told them our situation of needing to trade in and not have any negative equity in the Lexus!! They were supposedly giving $5000 over KBB well they low balled us about $8,000 to $32,000 when all other dealerships WITHOUT the $5,000 over KBB was offering $37,000 for it!!! I don’t know what’s up with this dealership but THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING to get you in so they can put you through more pain!!!!! We told them we have a son with leukemia, and the bills have become a little much so we were getting rid of the car payment and trying to trade it for something more budget friendly!! I made a couple comments on some post and they have now blocked where all I can do is share!! I will make it a point to share my experience With Everyone I Can!! Let me end the post with, I don’t usually talk bad about other companies in our city but this company absolutely needs to stop BSing our community and stop with the lies and antics!!  More
