We apologize for any misunderstandings, however, we have explained to the owner/owner's spouse that the engine Kia sent us to replace the engine was bad, so we had to order a second replacement engine. We have expedited all parts but we are still waiting on some of the parts we need to replace the engine again. We know that this delay is inconvenient, however, due to shortages and shipping delays, this can't be helped. We've also explained that we have a loaner wait list, which we have placed you on. If you need to go ahead and be placed in a rental vehicle before we have a loaner available, Kia Consumer Affairs will reimburse you for that cost, and the number for Consumer Affairs has been communicated to you; feel free to call us should you need the number again. We sincerely apologize for the delays and frustrations, but we are doing everything we can to expedite the solutions to your situation. Thank you for your review, and have a great day.
