They are always very nice and helpful. But for the past year I have done several oil consumption studies and have been told that it needed to be repeated due to info not being place in sys But for the past year I have done several oil consumption studies and have been told that it needed to be repeated due to info not being place in system correctly. This is still a problem. On 3/25/2022, I completed the second study for this year. Info was sent to open tech support case to advise next step. But I have not heard anything.
