Regular Scheduled Service per Manual I purchased my 2014 Kia Forte from Kia on the Blvd and have used them exclusively for the manual recommended service. Disrespectful staff I had an issue with a speaker intermittently acting up. I stopped by and the service guy asked me to bring it in when it was having the issue. He sat in my car and told me the speaker was on the whole time. There was absolutely no way this was not an issue. When confronting the service manager about his lying about the issue, his response was "don't come back here again". I reached out to GM Elvin Colon who did reply promptly. He asked me to give them another chance. I said after he deals with the issue, he could call me back with their reconciliation. I haven't heard back again. That was 6 to 9 months ago. How can I make an official complaint? More

THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. i leased my 2016 kia forte5 sx from them. The Sales department does a great job selling you a car, no DOUBT. Not even 3,000 miles on my car and my fue i leased my 2016 kia forte5 sx from them. The Sales department does a great job selling you a car, no DOUBT. Not even 3,000 miles on my car and my fuel line went bad, the car would not exceed 3500 rpm and then hesitate to pick up speed. I took it in the service department where CARL checked my car. Kia service calls me back to tell me there is nothing wrong with my car and no codes were generated., I go to pick up my car and a TIM who thinks he is a kia genious talks to me extremely rudely and says "there is nothing wrong with your car, its all in your mind". I said ok then come drive the car with me and he refuses, he then tells me, "listen, you seem like a smart guy, ive been with kia since 1997 and i know these cars inside out, the cars computer is learning your driving habitts and thats why you feel the car doing that"... okk that was rude.. I take my keys and not even a block away from the dealership my car starts doing the same thing, instead this time even worse... I take it right back. They diagnose the problem next day and say its a bad high pressure fuel line and the part will be here in 2 days. I waited a week and a half and no one called back to give me updates so i called and the guy TIM again starts mouthing off with me about we are waiting on the part. 2 weeks later i get my car fixed, i drive around and go to the gas station to fill up my tank, i pumped $10 worth of gas and it all spills right out.. IT WAS A HUGE SCENE AT THE GAS STATION BECAUSE THIS WAS NO ORDINARY SPILL, THIS WAS A MAJOR GAS LEAK. The gas station employees and manager come out to sand down the gas leak and move the customers out of danger, ofcourse i had to apologize for something that was not my fault. I take the car right back, the next day, TIM calls me and says "hey we are sorry it was just a loose clamp"... I was so angry, I said that loose clamp coudve gotten me killed.. anything could've happened. He did not apologize or anything, instead just places my keys on the counter and says heres your keys... Im going to corporate with this, this is not just done. TIM refused to fill my gas tank when my reserve light was on, and he said "well there is a gas station across the street i think you might make it".. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE> DO NOT GO THERE. I COUDVE DIED>> AND KIA IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT More

DeSimone Kia on the Blvd Are Crooks DONT BUT THEIR CARS !!!! In May 2015 i purchased a 2015 KIA Optima LX from DeSimone KIA new 28 miles on the vehicle at purchase. I was told at purchase that i had a 5 year 60, In May 2015 i purchased a 2015 KIA Optima LX from DeSimone KIA new 28 miles on the vehicle at purchase. I was told at purchase that i had a 5 year 60,000 mile warranty as well as an 10 year 100,000 mile warranty on my vehicle. Throughout the year I received oil change services from an outside auto repair and auto service shop . I maintain all receipts to stay with in compliance to my warranty . On April 19th I came in to DeSimone KIA service department form a state inspection and first oil change from them because I didn't get oil change from them prior but from another shop they asked if I wanted to get a oil treatment which is recommended after so many miles they never explained what it meant they just said they wanted to offer it I explain that i didn't have the money that day but should I still get the oil change or hold off till the end of the week until I can get the service ? they Said no its no problem your fine will just go ahead and do the oil change . They performed the service and one hour later I came to get my vehicle . the next morning i noticed smoke coming from my tailpipes i called DeSimone KIA service and ask them why is this happening they said because u declined the oil treatment .... I could believe this !!! I came in on April 21 2016 two days later and got the oil treatment and oil change service done for $150.00 two hours later they called my to pick up my car ... car ran great seem like problem they created was fixed ! on June 19th 2016 i was driving my car on the Blvd and started to here a knocking noise coming from the front end of my car I called my husband and he told me to come back home when I arrived he listened to the noise asked my to pop the hood and he checked the dipstick in the motor it was completely BONE DRY THERE WAS NO OIL IN MY MOTOR !!! How could this be after only 58 days of DeSimone KIA changing my oil ? and giving my an oil treatment? I called a tow the same night and had them tow the car to DeSimone KIA in the morning i went there with my husband right when they opened . I explained to them the noise and also stating there was no oil in my car after they just did an oil change they had no explanation for where the oil went ! The service man said the engine was blown before they even had tech look at my car which was very confusing how did they make this diagnosis they aren't even the mechanics ? They said for me to bring in the receipts for the oil changes prior to them so they can submit to warrant KIA MOTORS OF AMERICA which I did long story short they denied my warranty say there was sludge build up in my engine and that they didn't care about the receipts ! DeSimone or crooks they were the last to service my vehicle between the time 04/21/2016 to 06/19/2016 there was no oil in my motor because of that it ruined my motor they reported to warranty company covering up facts about my car in turned the warranty company denied my damages to be fixed they were responsible and they are making me take the hit for it .They pried on my because I'm a female . I was in complaince of my warranty and still denied they took picture and sent to warranty company and refused for me to see them my car is brand new with 17,000 miles on it this cant be happening !!! And the Kickers is my and my best friend both purchased vehicles form DeSimone KIA both Opitima's one week before my car motor went me best friends motor went as well after BOTH OUR VEHICLE SERVICED AT DeSimone !!!!! How can this be ???? DON'T BUY KIAS ESPECIALLY NOT FROM DeSimone they are CROOKS !!! BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP they are friendly when you are purchasing a vehicle and rude and horrible when you are getting service done the worst ever I refereed five people to the prior to this situation and I feel so bad that I did I WELL Make it my mission to help people save there money and NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! More

My experience with Kia has been amazing every time! All of the employees are super friendly and willing to help. I have a 2013 Forte Koup and every time I need service done it is very painless and they do of the employees are super friendly and willing to help. I have a 2013 Forte Koup and every time I need service done it is very painless and they do a great job. Tim from the service department was great!! He was so friendly and helpful to me and made it very simple, quick and easy. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking! More
Ironic the reason I am getting rid of my 2011 Sedona is the same reason I purchased it. Coming from an awful service at another Kia dealer, Sherry was super nice, assured me no problems looking at my, then the same reason I purchased it. Coming from an awful service at another Kia dealer, Sherry was super nice, assured me no problems looking at my, then 2006 Sedona, in fact I was so impressed I decided to cancel the service and purchase new from Desimone. Now every time it comes in for service, there is THE attitude. An oil change requires an entire Saturday. When in for an oil change at 18k I was told I needed the 10k service....this after having the 15k service 3k miles ago. Well this service would include changing the cabin filters......hmmmm...that was paid for at the 15k service....but I was told they looked at the filters but they did not need replacing. Whatever. I'm done. If this candid review helps anyone else avoid this mess, then I am satisfied. More

ON NOVEMBER 18, 2011 FOR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS, AT THAT TIME THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A TRANSMISSION GAVE ME A LOANER CAR, DEALERSHIP CUSTOMER REP. SHER ON NOVEMBER 18, 2011 FOR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS, AT THAT TIME THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A TRANSMISSION GAVE ME A LOANER CAR, DEALERSHIP CUSTOMER REP. SHERIE TOLD ME THAT MY TRANSMISSION WAS SHOT, SUGGESTED THAT I PAY FOR A TRANSMISSION SERVICE WHICH COST ME $189.95 SO THAT KIA WOULD COVER THE COSTS AND LABOR OF A NEW TRANSMISSION. WE THE TRANSMISSION JOB WAS COMPLETED I RETURNED THE LOANER CAR AND PICK MY CAR UP, SHERIE STATED THAT SHE WOULD PROVIDE ME WITH DOCUMENTATION SHOWING THAT I IN FACT HAD MY TRANSMISSION REPLACED OR OVERHAULED, BUT HAS SINCE DID SO. AND I AM STILL EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR. SHERIE WAS INITIALLY VERY NICE AND PEOPLE FRIENDLY. THEN SHERIE BECAME VERY NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, FAILED TO CONTINUE TO USE GOOD CUSTOMER RELATION SKILLS. More
