The employees should have manners towards any customer. I would like to leave some feedback on how I been served at local kia store, I bought my car at this current kia store and, I felt like I was treated I would like to leave some feedback on how I been served at local kia store, I bought my car at this current kia store and, I felt like I was treated unfairly, since I needed to change my oil I decided to go and get it done, but sadly I was mistreated and asked an employee, if he speaks Spanish and his response was very disrespectful and offensive, he laughed at me with the other employees. Also because I didn't have an appointment, I had to wait 2 more hours later because they were busy on break so I wait. When I came back they told me that I had to wait 1 hour more just to change my oil. The reason, this report is because I feel like ur employees should have manners towards any customer. More
Blue tooth I am having a problem with blue tooth and am told that my phone isn't authorized to use blue tooth, but for 4 years I had no problem and now I do. Also Iasked them to check the driver's shoulder harness as it doesn't always rewind fully and I was told that it was our of warranty by 6 weeks, so they couldn't do that. I had two recalls so I mentioned these problems at the same time. More

Service on my car was done well. It took about 1hr 15min for oil change and tire rotation. The manintence guy who worked on my vehicle went over and beyond to help me with walking me and my kids, holding doors, taking my patent while it was still being worked on so that once it was done we could leave. Pulling my car up to where we were located, opening car doors. He really did above and beyond. More
