Impatient Manager The people who work the desk were wonderful and helpful. I had a question that the manager needed to answer. He came out of the office and appeared di The people who work the desk were wonderful and helpful. I had a question that the manager needed to answer. He came out of the office and appeared disturbed that had to help me. He cut me off and was rude to me. He went back to the office and when he returned he was nicer. This was not the first time he spoke to me sharply. While I was waiting I asked one of the woman at the desk if they could charge my car. They went to ask the manager and he, at first, didn’t want to do it. Why? I bought the car there why is it a problem? I understand that people have bad days but this is your job! Dealing with customers!!! More

Scheduled Maintenance was Expensive I had 15,000 mile scheduled maintenance done on my 2016 Kia Soul. Setting up an appointment via phone was pretty easy. They allow you to reques I had 15,000 mile scheduled maintenance done on my 2016 Kia Soul. Setting up an appointment via phone was pretty easy. They allow you to request an appointment via their website. The service department does not stay open late; the latest appointment they were willing to make was at 2:30. The maintenance cost over $300 to replace windshield wipers, change the oil, and replace some filters. I do not have any experience with any other Kia dealers; so, I am not able to say whether Kia of West Nyack is better or worse than average. I answered "No" to the question "Would you recommend this service center?" because this DealerRater site requires you to make a selection. But the truth is that I don't know if I would recommend them or not. More

Not sure how Shane and Nick still have a job very disrespectful people Shane called me “a peice of xxxx” and the GM did absolutely nothing about it. Nick the finance manager does not no anything he’s doing as well. Do not make the same mistake I did by going to this dealership, it is a very shady dealership with very shady workers. More
