Second Vist.........The Saga Continues... Unfortunately this was my second visit in two weeks since I did not receive the service I requested and needed on the first visit (NYS Car Inspection Unfortunately this was my second visit in two weeks since I did not receive the service I requested and needed on the first visit (NYS Car Inspection). During second visit I was informed and even sent an e-mail from the service dept. that I needed new brakes. I was told that my car would not be passed on NYS inspection if this work was not done. This despite no real warning (after some no charge inspection) given to me two weeks ago regarding replacing brakes being in my immediate future. So here I am less than a week before the end of the month and a violation told that I need a brake job......Over $500. later...…...CORRECT INSPECTION and brake job done, the saga was over. I have to say that the staff I dealt with (Susan and Mike) were very nice but there is some sort of disconnect in terms of customer comfort, which may be beyond what they can do.....Constantly receiving phone calls, emails, text messages concerning buying a new car, selling my old car etc...…..Why would I ever want to do this when no one pays real attention to my needs with my CURRENT Kia??? When I enter the service center I feel I have a target on my back, which says, "SELL ME" whatever you can!!!! More

A Complete Waste Of Time I made an appt. for three issues.....Most important was to have my car inspected since my inspection was up in June. Second was to bring the car in for a safety recall. Third was an oil change. When picking up my car, I find out that the NYS inspection was NOT done and something else was done instead. And the inspection could not be done because of some computer issue in putting the car through the computer again so I was told to come back in two weeks after driving the car around.. The young person who took care of me was polite but was helpless to help me. I find that Kia of West Nyack is all too ready to contact to see if I want to sell my 2013 Kia Sol or buy a new car but correctly servicing my car seems to be another story. My husband has a Kia, I have a Kia and I have talked friends into buying a Kia...……..A service dept. can make or break a company......This visit broke my feeling about the company. More

Looking for another dealership I’ve literally have been going to KIA OF WEST NYACK ever since I purchased my Cadenza 6 years ago and ever since my visits have gone from GREAT to DRE I’ve literally have been going to KIA OF WEST NYACK ever since I purchased my Cadenza 6 years ago and ever since my visits have gone from GREAT to DREADING to use this service center Juan and Amanda WAS AMAZINGLY ATTENTIVE, KNEW THE PRODUCT THEY WERE SERVICING and if I had a 10 o’clock appointment and was quoted a time generally I was in and out during the scheduled time and now with the way service is I’m really contemplating using another dealership I used WEST NYACK due to the convenience but found a dealership that opens earlier and also give loaner cars for big jobs rather than having to pay for a rental on top of my repairs it was GREAT while it lasted but now I will try my luck with the other dealership in my area More
Scam artist of a manager - even workers know I went for a recall on my car, when they informed me I could also get my brake pads done as well. I knew they had to be replaced so I agreed and allowed them to do it then. The time elapsed between the call from the recall to call from brake pads being finished was an hour and seventeen minutes. However, I got charged $192.00 for labor. Are you kidding me? What are your mechanics rocket scientists? How in the world is the labor equivalent to nearly 2/3 the cost of the parts. I was complaining to the lady at the front desk about this exact situation, and even she couldn't give me an answer besides: "I know, I know," acknowledging the rip-off prices they charge for labor. It is honestly ridiculous if you think you will keep "happy" customers going that route. Every time they called me as well there was something new wrong with my car apparently. I took the vehicle to the mechanic in town, and he said these parts were worn, but still usable. I'm almost worried about my car being sabotaged at this point just so you could continue to siphon money from my pockets. That wouldn't surprise me after talking to that scam artist you call a manager. Good for you tough guy you pulled a fast one on a recent college graduate trying to finally form themselves a worthy bank account. More
