Recall Warranty Work - Service and communication was great Through a recall, my 2013 Kia Optima required a new engine that would require several weeks to obtain the factory engine and install it. I worked with Vincent who treated me as a valued customer. He kept me informed of the progress and advised me when the engine was received and an estimate of days to have the car ready. Car was ready in less time than originally anticipated and Vincent went the extra step to have the car washed and cleaned inside and out making it look like a brand new car. More

Service appointment to replace passenger side seat air blowe Initially the responsiveness of the service team was challenging, I had been disconnected 3 times when trying to see if my car was ready for pick up. I spoke with Kathy and she was able to get an update for me quickly. I care to pick up the car and was greeted my Vinny who was responsive and friendly. Without my involvement with Kathy and Vinny I would not have had a good experience. More
Keeps Getting Better I purchased my car here probably about 3 or 4 dealer owners ago. While their service department was good, under the new ownership this current service I purchased my car here probably about 3 or 4 dealer owners ago. While their service department was good, under the new ownership this current service department seems to be top notch. The front end seems to be very personable and willing to answer every question without beating around the bush. Very glad of this change. The fall back is that you hope that you do not have to see them again. More

Didn't address issue I brought it in for I don't typically respond to review requests, but this place was bad. I set the bar low for Kia service generally, but as noted they didn't address th I don't typically respond to review requests, but this place was bad. I set the bar low for Kia service generally, but as noted they didn't address the brake issue I brought my Stinger GT1 in for (pulsating brakes). They never drove the car. They just (apparently) looked at the pads and thought they were okay. Also had an oil change and (supposedly) a multi point inspection. No written or video report was given for the inspection so I don't know if it was actually done. I called twice to complain post the service and was promised a supervisor would call me back. That never happened. I'd like a refund More

Quick Courteous Results I came in to have my leaky tire looked at. Within an hour they solved the problem and I was on my way. The service was courteous and friendly.
