Rip offs They diagnosed my heat and air said it would be 175 total to fix well the total was236 so they said car was done it wasn't fixed so the macanic look They diagnosed my heat and air said it would be 175 total to fix well the total was236 so they said car was done it wasn't fixed so the macanic look at it again said it was another part it would be more money they charged me labore twice to put the part they diagnosed back in and new part in another 155 so I had to pay for there missdiagnse witch the charged me 80 to do there very rude people acted like it wasn't there fault Sahara Oman will tell one price when u get ur bill it's another I wouldn't recomened this dealer to no one take it to Kia in the twin cites don't pay for parts a labor twice Sarah Oman is a lier and a rip offf More

Simple oil change I went to Kia to have a standard oil change, like I have several times before. This time, when driving off the lot I smelt oil burning. So I was requi I went to Kia to have a standard oil change, like I have several times before. This time, when driving off the lot I smelt oil burning. So I was required to turned around, around smoke start coming out of the hood. They looked at the car and I was told oil spilled on my exhaust, which was causing the issue. No apologizes were given, what so ever. After finally getting it home, my engine bay had oil all over the oil cap and on the engine shielding. Plus a nice heathy chip off my drivers side front quarter panel, where I am sure the tech leaned over to fill the oil. Lastly the inside matt were pushed up and was full of dirt. Thanks some much for taking care and pride in your service to customers ---NOT. More
