We were introduced to Jeff and immediately he didn't seem like he was just trying to sell us a car rather help us find the best vehicle for our family. He has gone above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I definitely recommend if your looking for a vehicle you stop in allow him to help your family find a vehicle best that fits your family needs. He is definitely a salesman for life. More

He left me alone to look so I wasn't pressure at all like most dealerships... I found Omar abd he ended up telling me about different specials they have going now. I found i was attracted to the Kia soul. Omar got me into the car I loved , 2011 Kia Soul! For zero down and low payments! We returned a week later to pick up our car, and this is where Derik really made an impression. He spent an hour going through the many features of the car, and he made sure we were informed about how things worked. This was a good buying experience, and it was nice to work with a gentleman who knows his stuff, but is also very customer-oriented. More

Amazing customer service! I have gone through many places to get a car and only through Kia have I gotten a car. I bought my 06 Sportage in the Cities (that's where I lived at the time) and have serviced with Kia of St Cloud for about 3 years. They have an extremely friendly and knowledgable service staff, have always finished within minutes of the estimated time, and are competitively priced (except for oil changes where I think they are the lowest in town!). Some people might consider their extensive service checklist of potential problems to be intrusive or pushy, but I (who know almost nothing about mechanics), rely on them to spot problems. I have never been pressured to have any repairs done - They HAVE warned me about serious problems that I ignored (to the detgriment of my bank balance).I really love my Sportage and want it to be the last vehicle I have to purchase. My Kia service team is on the same page and I appreciate them. These guys and gals are good! More
The salesman was ok. When we went to finance to purchase we discovered the warranty info we were given was incorrect. The finance guy was exceptional in trying to get the answers to our questions. But in the process some guy came in and we felt almost bullied and he was trying to prevent us from leaving. He was horribly unprofessional and I felt so uncomfortable. Had my husband not been with me I would have left in teers. I will never return. More
I felt the buying experience was the worst that I have experienced ever in my car buying experience, being asked to buy a vehicle paint protection package for nearly $800 on a nearly new "used vehicle" wi experienced ever in my car buying experience, being asked to buy a vehicle paint protection package for nearly $800 on a nearly new "used vehicle" with the salesperson coming up with a BS story of the cars sold in the north were not protected from our harsh weather. I felt pressured from the moment that I entered their lot, several lot lizards (sales staff) were roaming the lots looking for new prey. I am not sure who owns or manages this operation but they could be the poster child for why car buying experiences are not enjoyable. I only hope that people take great care before even looking at this dealership. I am ashamed that it is in the St. Cloud community. Buyers beware. More
I have been servicing with Kia of St. Cloud for 5years and I love their customer service. Their recommendations are always honest and their prices are always competitive. Last time I was in they explained and I love their customer service. Their recommendations are always honest and their prices are always competitive. Last time I was in they explained to me that my vehicle had a loose tie rod end. When I had questions they walked me into the shop and showed me the loose part. I felt very comfortable trusting the service guy. Very good service. More
I will NEVER EVER do business with Kia of St cloud EVER AGAIN! They only want you to bend over so they can take your money. We were not happy with ANY of our sales team. And the service dept. was pretty good until we had a problem with our Sorento, I brought it in, they reset the computer (so the check-engine light would turn off) then said they would only fix it if the check engine light came back on. Get this, a few days later, I stalled on a busy highway, at night, by myself, in a BRAND NEW 2013 Sorento. REALLY?? The light came back on you A-holes and I wouldn't trust you with my pen let alone touching my vehicle ever again! More
