My wife and I went to Kia of Mankato with a flyer that was sent to our address. We went to see if we had won anything but we, also, took all of our paperwork including our title to see if we could buy a g was sent to our address. Our salesman, Jon, met us at the door and proceeded to share with us about the flyer and then he noticed we had all this paperwork with us. He asked if we were interested in buying a car and we said that was why we have this paperwork with us. He took us back to his office and proceeded to work with us on getting another car. We have had some credit problems and he handed us over to Matt, who worked tirelessly with the used car manager and others to work out a deal for us to leave with a new used car. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty for us and we drove off with a Chrysler PT Cruiser with 40,000+ miles on it. If you want to buy a car new or used this is the place to go, they will not let you down!!! More

We absolutely love our Oldsmobile Sillhouette. The service from Matt Pittelkow and Matt Meyer couldnt have been better. We believe in word of mouth advertising and have handed out atleast 20 of thei service from Matt Pittelkow and Matt Meyer couldnt have been better. I love this dealership, this is the 2nd Kia I have purchased from them and I will buy a new one every couple years. They always take care of my family and I have sent several friends over to them and purchased from them and I will buy a new one every couple years. They always take care of my family and I have sent several friends over to them and they were able to purchase a new car as well. The best part is that I get to work with the same sales guy both times and he did remember me and made sure we where taken care of, we drove a few Sorento's and when we got back found out they were sold so the sales guy went and found one on the back lot and parked it in the garage so it could not be sold or drove by anyone until we signed our paperwork. I am always thrilled to work with this dealer and I will continue to use them in the future. Kia is now my favorite car company!!!!!! More

Matt Pittelkow and Matt Meyer sold me a Dodge Grand Caravan and told me it had features on it that I would have to refer to the manual or a Dodge dealer on how to program or use. They next day I called stating that I was following the manual and according to its instruction it did not have those features. Matt P. told me I was wrong and to go tot a Dodge dealership and they could show me how to use it. Waseca Dodge gladly put it in their computers and proved it never had the features I was promised. Kia originally acted like they would make things right and got price quotes, had me checking on things, etc. but in the long run it was all a game. Both the sales agents and the General Manager ( Joe) told me that they were not responsible for the accuracy of ads and he wished me luck in trying to prove it in court. I asked about the growing number of similar stories I found line and he hung up. More
This dealership went above and beyond to help me out after a credit situation I was left with following a divorce and the death of my daughter. I wanted to trade in my 2004 Dodge Stratus, which had given me five years of driving pleasure (no problems at all) and get a newer vehicle with fewer miles on it and hopefully some dealer warranty. Not only did they find a far lower interest rate - with a major bank - than I had been offered anywhere else between Minneapolis and Mason City, they worked for two hours to lower it even more! I left the same day driving a 2011 Chevy Malibu which not only fulfilled all my needs but actually exceeded them by far. I love my new car - it has under 30,000 miles on the clock and will serve us beautifully for many years. I was so impressed with the friendliness, service and willingness to really try to work with me. Every single member of staff at the establishment was fantastic - they even entertained my energetic two year old daughter while I took the car for a test drive. In short, recommended for all. Very impressed with everything about this dealership and would go back there in a heartbeat. I even brought them freshly baked cookies the next day for being such incredible stars! More
Travis didn't start out to be my salesman but he definitely picked up where the other guy had fallen (first guy wasn't very knowledgeable and was only interested in a quick sale). I would definitely buy another car at Kia of Mankato based on my experience with Travis. More car dealerships should employ salesmen with his quality personality and level of experience - he's definitely not pushy but very polite and informative. Just dealing with Travis made buying a new 2012 Kia Optima a pleasant experience (I used to cringe at shopping for cars because of all the high-pressured salesman!). I'm sure others will feel the same way I do if they get Travis as their salesman. Thanks, Travis! More

High pressure sales tactics along with the feeling you need a shower after leaving the place was a miserable experience. I mean who waits twenty minutes to talk to a sales rep at a dealership. I souls understand if they were busy but I think they could cut the smoke break short they were having. All around bad experience from vehicle selection to trade in values and then trying to rush me into something I didn't want. More
